Before You Apply
Leasing & Application Basics
All applications are completed through RentCafe. An application fee applies, and deposit amounts vary by property.
Leasing Requirements
- Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid Social Security number.
- Monthly income must be at least two and a half times the monthly rent, from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
- Positive references are required from all previous landlords.
- No evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
- Minimum credit score of 600, with a background check on all applicants over 18 showing a pattern of financial responsibility.
- Applicants must be non-smokers.
- Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
Pet Policy
We welcome pets at most properties, with a few guidelines:
- No aggressive breeds.
- Cats must be spayed or neutered.
- 65 lb. weight limit per pet.
- Maximum of 2 pets per home or unit.
